PROJECT 01

Home Improvement Platform

DD Louisiana

The live site for Dynamic Dwellings — a remodeling company in Abita Springs serving the New Orleans metro. Opening film, contractor story, services, gallery, Virtual Remodel Designer, and contact.

What the walkthrough covers

Every visit starts on a branded opening screen with the company film. Tap Enter Site and you are inside ddlouisiana.com — Remodel • Refresh • Reimagine.

The homepage is built for a homeowner who just arrived. Start a project, open the Virtual Remodel Designer, or jump to services. Meet the contractor sits right there: Dynamic Dwellings is based in Abita Springs, Louisiana, with more than twenty years of hands-on remodeling and design.

Services split interior and exterior. Interior covers punch-out, painting, flooring, tile, drywall, trim, doors, and fixtures. Exterior covers painting, pressure washing, wood rot, soffit and fascia, fences, walkways, and custom designs. The gallery is the proof — real photos from finished jobs, filtered by kitchen, bathroom, living room, bedroom, exterior, or outside build.

Reimagine Your Space is the ideas page. The Virtual Remodel Designer is the centerpiece: upload a photo of the room, set the room type so a kitchen stays a kitchen, pick a style, then tap what to change — a full remodel or just cabinets, countertops, backsplash, flooring, appliances, fixtures, or paint. The mock-up keeps the same layout and only restyles the finishes you picked.

When they are ready to talk, contact takes a name, email, phone, how they want to be reached, the services they need, and photos of the space. The message goes to contact@ddlouisiana.com. Phone, email, and Abita Springs sit in the footer of every page.

PROJECT 02

Private

Clinic Operations Platform

Trusty Vet Manager

A private clinic command center: live Sling scheduling, labor at 20% of sales, payroll, uploaded P&L reports, and a manager agent on every page.

What the walkthrough covers

This is Trusty Vet Manager — one place for the floor schedule, labor, payroll, and the books. Command Center is home. Jump buttons take you to weekly goals, the upload, clinic health, labor, spreadsheets, and hours.

Drop the spreadsheet corporate sent. The app reads the messy labels, pulls the numbers, and scores the week. Weekly goals lock labor, inventory, and profit. Payroll is aimed at twenty percent of last week’s sales. Change a goal here and planning, schedule, and the matrix all use it.

Clinic Health puts revenue, labor, profit, and inventory on one board. The manager summary writes a briefing from the report. Ask why profit dropped or what a two-point labor cut would do — answers come from the same numbers on the board, not the internet. The purple button in the corner is the manager agent. It stays on every page and will not invent a number.

Scheduling is the heart of it. Connect the clinic’s Sling account once. The week board matches Sling. Time off and unavailability do not count as hours. Only real work shifts feed the totals. Hours is the weekly timesheet. Planning pulls those Sling hours into the payroll matrix. Yellow cells work like Excel. Payroll builds the register. Save it to the home screen and it opens like an app.

PROJECT 03

Private

Hospital Intranet · Employee Portal

Trusty Staff

A private, phone-first hospital intranet: drag-and-drop coverage, tasks, inventory, records, groups, contests, and a manager-only desk.

What the walkthrough covers

This is Trusty Staff, a full veterinary hospital intranet built as a phone-first progressive web app. It is the place staff live in all day: the schedule, tasks, inventory, patients, chat, and the tools a manager needs to run the floor. Everyone signs in with their own account. Managers and staff have different doors.

When the manager signs in they land on a dedicated desk staff never see. Scheduling is a staffing board — drag people onto shifts or tap a block to assign them. A coverage heatmap shows every hour of the week, department by department: red is short, green is covered, grey is empty. Tap an hour and it explains who is there, who is off, who is free, and who can fill the gap.

The inbox is where time off, shift swaps, and supply requests wait. Nothing leaves the board until the manager approves it. People and access live here. Hospital setup is manager owned — departments, open / mid / close times, coverage needs. Only the manager assigns tasks. Inventory tracks counts and orders. Patients and clients sit in one records list, with spreadsheet import from ezyVet.

Department groups keep surgery, front desk, and the rest of the hospital aligned. Every employee can open a private chat with the manager. A recognition board runs contests with a live tracker. A built-in assistant reads the public pages and documents — not the manager desk and not private chats. Opening and closing lists, a monthly calendar, a document library, clock-in, and dark mode. The whole product is meant to be used on a phone.

PROJECT 04

AI-Powered Customer Experience

AI Remodeling Experience

A homeowner uploads a really dated kitchen. The tool keeps that room and generates a full modern kitchen — new cabinets, counters, and appliances — with a price on each look.

What the walkthrough covers

The walkthrough starts on the Virtual Remodel Designer. A homeowner uploads a tired kitchen — honey oak, harvest-gold appliances, stained linoleum.

Generate rebuilds the same room as a full modern kitchen: new cabinets, new counters, new stainless appliances — in the same places, same window, same layout.

Three directions land with prices — sage modern, walnut, and white modern — so they can see what a complete transformation costs without moving the kitchen.

When they pick a look, they request an estimate. The business gets the dated photo, the modern kitchen they chose, and a budget.

In the product

  • Photo upload of a really dated kitchen
  • Same room rebuilt as a full modern kitchen
  • New cabinets, counters, lighting, and appliances
  • Each look carries a starting price range
  • Estimate request with photo, style, and budget attached
