The public site

Content on this website is for information. Quotes shown on the pricing page and in the contact form are starting numbers. The final scope and price are set in writing after a consultation and recorded in your client portal.

Project work

When you hire us, the signed agreement in the client portal is the contract. Electronic signatures on that agreement are intended to have the same effect as wet-ink signatures under applicable e-sign law. You are responsible for the accuracy of information and files you submit.

Accounts

Keep your portal login to yourself. Do not attempt to access another client’s project. We may suspend an account that is abused or used to break the law.

Payments

If you pay through the portal, those charges are processed by our payment provider. Deposits and remaining balances follow the agreement you sign.

Intellectual property

The look of this website, our branding, and our tools belong to Dynamic Digital Design. Work we create for you is handled in the project agreement. Do not copy the site or the vision builder as your own product.
