How We’ll Build Your Perfect Website
Dynamic Digital Designs is a Huntsville, Alabama-based website design and development company serving North Alabama and clients throughout the United States. Your website should be built around the business — not a generic template. The first meeting is a video consultation in your private client portal, where we go through the quote and the agreement together. From there I work with you in that portal through a week of testing.

Consultation — Quote & Agreement
We meet by video inside your private client portal — no Zoom required. On that call we go through the quote together: package, extras you want, extras you want to drop, and the total. Then we walk the agreement line by line so nothing is a surprise. When it’s right, you sign in the portal.

Website Layout & Design
Next, we’ll plan the look and feel of your website. We’ll work through the layout, pages, colors, images, branding, navigation, and overall style to create a design that fits your business.

Features & Functionality
This is where your website can really stand out. Together, we’ll determine exactly what features you need — from contact forms and booking systems to galleries, interactive elements, custom tools, animations, AI assistants, customer portals, and more. If you can imagine it, we’ll explore how to make it work.

Build With You
You won’t be handed a website and left to figure it out. I work with you personally the whole way. You’ll review the site, request changes, and talk with me in your private client portal — so nothing depends on a buried email.

The Final Test
Once we believe the website is complete, it isn’t finished yet. It enters a 7-day testing period for glitches, broken links, phones, and anything else that needs attention. That week you can also review it and tell me what to change.

You join from the portal (camera and mic stay in the browser). We review package, extras you want or want to take away, deposit, and total. Then we walk the agreement so every term is clear. When you’re ready, you sign in the same place.

How much does a website cost?
Starting packages begin at $800. Business is $1,300, Interactive is $2,000, and Custom is quoted from $3,000. About 30% is due to start. The final amount is confirmed after a consultation, before anything is signed.
How long does website development take?
Timing is set after we talk through goals, pages, and features. Every project includes design with you, the build, and a 7-day testing period before we call it finished.
Do you build websites for small businesses?
Yes. Dynamic Digital Designs builds custom websites for small businesses and organizations — not template themes. Most projects start on the Starter or Business package.
Do you build e-commerce websites?
Yes. Online stores are a custom or add-on service, starting from $750 depending on catalog, payments, and shipping needs. Processor fees are separate.
Do you provide SEO?
Yes. Sites are built with clean structure, titles, and content that search engines can read. Advanced SEO is an add-on from $500. Rankings are never guaranteed.
Do you provide website maintenance?
Yes. Monthly care plans start at $79 for Basic, $129 for Business Care, and $199 for Priority — updates, monitoring, and ongoing support.
Do you work with clients outside Huntsville?
Yes. Dynamic Digital Designs is based in Huntsville, Alabama and serves clients throughout North Alabama — including Madison, Athens, and Decatur — and nationwide.
Can you redesign an existing website?
Yes. Redesigns are a regular part of the work. We rebuild around the business instead of wrapping a new theme on an old structure.
Can you add AI to an existing website?
Yes. Assistants trained on your pages and files, photo-to-concept tools, and agents grounded in live numbers. Not a generic chatbot glued to a brochure.
Do you provide branding and digital design?
Yes. Brand details, look, and layout are part of the website process. The Website Vision Builder is a starting point; we finish the identity in the client portal.
How does the website design process work?
We start with a video consultation in your private client portal. On that call we go through the quote and the agreement together, then lock the numbers before anyone signs. After that: layout and design, the features you actually need, review in the portal, and a 7-day test before launch.
Can clients communicate through the client portal?
Yes. The entire project is managed in a private portal: agreements, payments, questionnaire, uploads, timeline, messages, website review, and approvals.
Do you build websites for contractors?
Yes. Contractor and home-service sites are a normal project: quote forms, project galleries, service areas, and optional booking or follow-up. See the contractor websites page for the details.
Can you build online booking?
Yes, when your schedule can actually hold the appointments. Booking is an add-on or part of a larger package — not something glued onto a site that has no hours behind it.
Can you build custom business applications?
Yes. Client portals, staff tools, and dashboards are built around the job, with separate access for customers and managers. They can stand alone or sit beside a marketing site.
Can you connect a website to existing business software?
Often. Email, spreadsheets, scheduling tools, and payment providers are typical. If a system cannot be connected cleanly, that is said before it is quoted.
